Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wig, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, provided that the terms and conditions below are met.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories (such as wig caps or combs) intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, washed, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, custom-made wigs or wigs purchased during final sale promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return & Exchange Timeframe: You must initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in the "How to Initiate a Return or Exchange" section below. Returns or exchanges initiated after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the "Returns & Exchanges" page on our website and fill out the return request form, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
Refund & Exchange Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements), we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. For refunds: The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. For exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the exchange is shipped. If the replacement item is more expensive than the original, you will be charged the difference; if it is less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) to notify us of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. You may be required to provide photos of the defective or incorrect product to assist with our investigation.
