Q: What materials are your wigs made of? A: Our wigs are made from two main types of materials: high-quality synthetic fibers and 100% human hair. Synthetic wigs are affordable, low-maintenance, and available in a wide range of styles and colors. They are pre-styled and retain their shape even after washing. Human hair wigs are more luxurious, natural-looking, and versatile—they can be styled with heat tools (such as curling irons or straighteners) just like your natural hair. Both types of wigs are designed to be soft, comfortable, and durable.
Q: How do I choose the right wig size? A: Most of our wigs come in a standard size that fits most head shapes and sizes (typically 21.5-22.5 inches in circumference). We also offer adjustable straps inside each wig, allowing you to tighten or loosen the fit for maximum comfort. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring the circumference of your head using a soft tape measure, starting at your hairline at the forehead, going around the back of your head, and returning to the starting point. If your head size is outside the standard range, please check our product descriptions for available size options or contact our customer support team.
Q: How do I care for my wig? A: The care instructions for your wig depend on the material. For synthetic wigs: Wash with cold water and a mild shampoo designed for synthetic hair. Gently squeeze out excess water (do not twist or wring) and lay flat to air dry. Avoid using heat tools, as they can damage the synthetic fibers. For human hair wigs: Wash with warm water and a mild shampoo for human hair. Condition the ends (avoiding the roots) and rinse thoroughly. Towel-dry gently and style with heat tools as desired. Both types of wigs should be stored on a wig stand when not in use to maintain their shape.
Q: Can I return or exchange a wig if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it? A: Yes, we offer a return and exchange policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method: Standard Shipping takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders.
